Meditation After Work at the Working Memory Institute (WMI)

The WMI provides mindfulness meditation for busy people from 6pm to 7pm Monday nights.
No experience necessary. No bookings necessary. Just come and enjoy an hour of walking meditation and guided visualisation meditation with Rowena Harding-Smith.

Cushions are provided although feel free to bring your own.  Comfortable clothing is helpful but not essential if you come after work.

First session free.
$10 per class.
